@Chetan ji its adult of Thrips, scarping of leaves by right mandibles result silvery patches develop on leaves.
Management

  1. Install blue sticky trap @20/acre.
  2. Spray fipronil 5% SC (Regent)@ 30 ml + neem oil @20 ml + silicon base sticker /10 liters of water.
    spraying should be done morning or evening for better result.
